xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I absolutely love this outside sectional. I looked for months trying to find the perfect one within my budget and could not be happier. It’s so comfy and stylish. I have two dogs that get very muddy and dirty. The cushion material is extremely easy to clean. All you do is wipe it with a damp cloth. One of my favorite things about it is how it has connectors to keep the sectional together and the cushions in place.

Great patio sofa. Nice looking and comfortable. I was originally shipped the wrong pieces and company immediately sent me the correct pieces overnight. They were great to work with and it's nice to know that they stand by their products.

This couch is fabulous! I was on the fence about so many and finally pulled the trigger on this one. Cannot recommend enough! Easy to put together with two people.

This outdoor furniture set is amazing. It is exactly what I thought it would be. Functional design, very sturdy, holds up in inclement weather. We did buy a separate cover for it, and it did take a long time to assemble, but it wasn’t hard, just time-consuming. For what we paid I’m impressed with the quality.

Received my patio set in 3 boxes (all on the same day :) ) Really easy to put together. My family is very happy with how comfortable it is! The fabric is very durable! I’m looking forward to summer days and nights out on the patio this year!

I am so impressed with this set. I was worried when the cushions came out of the box as flat as a pancake, but I left them overnight and the next day they had filled out! The cushions are thin, but surprisingly comfortable. Assembly takes some time. I’m a 64 year old woman and did the entire 7 piece set in about 3 hours. Once you see the how the first one goes together, the rest are a pice of cake. Can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can move it outside.

Just got this set last week, so far loving it! It does seem stain resistant since my dogs paw prints wipe off easily with a wet rag. It seems sturdy. Only rating it as 4 stars due to assembly time. I did this by myself and it took over 6 hours to assemble. Otherwise affordable and great couch!
